  Literally just did an online order and literally my wrap looks like they balled it up before wrapping it. Upon entering the restaurant I waited a ridiculous amount of time to even be acknowledged by an employee. Literally one employee in the back saw us and ignored us and the other employee said yall should’ve said something to get our attention while in the back despite being blatantly ignored by the other employee who made eye contact with me. The whole experience was frustrating, unproductive, extremely inefficient, and unprofessional.

  Huge thank you to Lacey at Subway for turning my experience around. After my initial visit wasn’t quite right, she went above and beyond by remaking my order and making sure everything was exactly as it should be. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine eagerness to make things right made all the difference. I am hopeful that future visits will align with this shared experience.   This place was closed and had its meats put up by 10:30pm. When I inquired about the food and ordering I was informed that "the boss said to put it all up; we're closed."
