  I can’t believe what I experienced in Walton Way Subway. I went in to get cookies and a wrap, the lady fixing my wrap told me that they can’t substitute what goes on the wrap, so I wanted pickles, she said she had to put banana peppers, I wanted ranch, she said she had to use the garlic sauce, what is the purpose of having the options if I can’t choose what I want to eat if I’m paying for it. Then I asked for warm cookies, and was told they don’t warm the cookies when I have always bought them warmed. To top it off the cashier didn’t know the prices and a 3.99 wrap and 12 cookies was 16.00. I will never return there again, I have never been told at any location the food has to be made their way and not the customers choice.
