  Went there at 5pm and they were out of chili which is a featured item on signage. There was only one person working at what would normally be a busy time for any restaurant that was any good. They only had a few loaves of bread for subs preped. Maybe they could get customer if they gave a good impression. Took a while to get the first group of people through that were together then she had to go make chili for the group of four that were in front of me. After a total of 15 minutes waiting I decided it just wasn't worth waiting for. I walked out. The manager should have more staff so they can be preped for dinner. I don't blame the employee. It's the manager that isn't doing their job. This review is specific to the location on Central Ave in Summerville in Augusta GA. I generally get great food and service from Subway as a whole.
