  I went into this store Tuesday December 6, 2022. I am going to assume if you do not look a certain way they do not acknowledge you nor ask if you need help with anything. I went to purchase 3 purses bc my mother step mother and gran have been admiring all 6 of the ones I purchased last year so I figured I would buy them all one for Christmas this year. After standing in there and one looking at me and walking to the back then the two ladies standing at the counter just talking away I looked back bc I was standing in front of some I wanted but I refuse to ask for help when it would have been offered. I just stated I will spend my money online and walked out. I guess I didn’t “LOOK” Like I was about to spend anything so my look didn’t require assistance!! BAD LOOK AUGUSTA!!!!

  Bought some MK earrings about 2 years ago that have started to loose the diamonds(or whatever they really are) and a few are changing colors, went into the store in the Augusta mall today where I purchased them and spoke to the 2 sales women about them. I learned they were costume jewlery and that there was nothing they could do about it. I was told Mr Kors is now making real jewlery since he revamped his line!!! I thought what I purchased was real stuff!!! I also have a navy blue down jacket that I have barely worn because with every movement the jacket is loosing the feathers somehow 🤷‍♀️. There is no hole anywhere that I can find!! Hundreds on fake and flawed items I cant use!!!! I have handbags, a watch, and a pair of boots I love. But I now ? the authentisity of these items. I love Mk products!! But I think now I need to research genuine products else where😪.
