  This is the worst delivery office. The package had been in Augusta since April 2nd. The app simply displayed "Delivery Exception"—and it stayed that way for the next three days—until, on April 6th, they decided that I had to pick up the package at their office myself. What they don't know is that I have security cameras; not a single FedEx truck ever showed up at my house. Someone isn't doing their job right

  This is a trucking center for FedEx not a walk up and send something through FedEx Google maps needs to fix this

  Well it says easy shipping but it's gated and the gates don't open. So if it's not open to the public they need to say so on the website. If it is open to the public they need to do better on n ring it so.
