  Fedex called the night before and told me I needed to come to their Freight Location to pick up a package, when I arrived, I repeatedly buzzed in from the locked pedestrian gate and never received a reply. No one opened the gate. I called FedEx customer service, who stated they would call the location and inform them to come out and let me in. That never happen. I waiting for over an hour, never receiving an answer. Finally leaving without my package.

  FedEx is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have a package on a delivery truck that seems to be sitting in the yard. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, and still says "out for delivery" on that date. This is unacceptable.
