  I just left the Toyota dealership on Jefferson Davis hwy and we were talking Raven Graham she was a very good help extremely nice and I will definitely Be recommending her to everyone I know that is looking for an insurance quote we had a Great experience!

  When I first got my car the staff was helpful, nice found me a great rate. Then my policy was renewed, the rate jumped $72 without notification. I called the office to figure out why my rate increased and I was told they would call me back. Actually I called twice. Ended up playing phone tag leaving a message with no call back. Never spoke to anyone, emailed them because the new rate was deducted even though I changed my insurance company. I am assuming they haven't gotten the mailed letter informing them of the change and or the need for a refund. I emailed again today asking about the turn around for my refund. I am hopeful they will reach out to me but I am not counting on it. Not talking to your customers with questions and issues is not a good business practice.
