  Feedback regarding restroom policy at the Hollwell Mill Rd location I am writing to express my concern regarding the policy at your Hollwell Mill Rd location, which denies DoorDash drivers access to the restroom because they are not "paying customers." I believe this is a significant disservice to the delivery partners who help facilitate your business operations. Please be aware that this issue is currently gaining traction on TikTok, and word is spreading quickly. Providing basic facilities for those who support your store's operations is a matter of common sense and professional courtesy. I hope you will consider reviewing this policy to better support the workers who serve your customers.

  Theee most horrible experience ever! I was locked in the bathroom for 30 minutes due a malfunctioning door in which the handle absolutely does not work and they DO NOT HAVE A SIGN STATING SO! I banged and banged until a customer came and let me out! When I addressed the staff she said “oh well u wasn’t supposed to be in there!” Very ignorant horrible customer service

  I don’t understand why every time I try and go to this wingstop after 10pm it’s always an excuse that they’re not taking orders when they don’t close until 2 in the morning. Wasn’t even busy inside the store or anything.

  This is my third order from this wingstop where I am missing my fries. I called up there and an employee tried to claim that he was the manager and that he put the fries in the bag himself. Boy, no you did not! There was a sealed un ripped sticker on my bag so Mr Hong from doordash didn’t take them either, and I’m not about to lie over some fries! Do better, and don’t try to play people 😁
