  I been going here for a few years. Went there today and the soda machine wasn't working properly. I asked can I get a brownie or something to make up the difference. Cashier got manager, manager tested the drinks rolling her eyes at the same time. The coke zero, diet coke, vitamin water wasn't working. She said other things working!! I don't know what vitamin water taste like and kept rolling her eyes, just a gettho mess.

  People just standing around in the kitchen don’t move with no sense of urgency when there are a lot of people waiting like that’s crazy taking they sweet time

You were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. It's not often you come across employees who genuinely care about their customers, and it definitely didn't go unnoticed. My order was fresh, accurate, and served with a great attitude. Wingstop is lucky to have such an amazing team!!!

  I wish I could give them zero stars! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE! There is no accountability what so ever when they make a mistake. I called and spoke with an employee about my order and I heard the manager in the background say “He will be alright”. Completely disregarding my experience. I will never spend another penny at this establishment and I encourage others to find a different location to patronize.

  I like Wingstop , the brand, in general. This Atlanta location is the worse one I have been to. They do not have bathrooms for customers or delivery drivers. The sign says No public bathroom, which was not like that before! The attitudes and ratchet-ness of staff is also a miss. I don’t know who owns this store, but it sucks and I will not be going back there. Bring back good restaurants in our Howell Square that respect customers. There are too many other tastier wing places in Atlanta like Trap Wings, B&L Wings, The Bando, Hungry AF… Please don’t patron this location if you have other options!
