  I've been a total of 3 times in a 3ish week period and only the first time was good. First time, the wind were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The other two, we're terrible. Lack of seasoning, soft wings, tasted of old grease, bbq sauce overflowing on other wings. I thought we found a good one but clearly not.

  The last 3 times I came here. It's been a problem today. I ordered online for my wife. I get up there. Three people got their food before me.they weren't asked for any identification. The cashier asked me what's my name? I gave her my name. I ordered a thirty piece and only I had to show my email confirmation... why me and no one else??? smh told my wife I will never shop here again

  I see exactly why they are hiring anyone that has to deal with a coworker or shift lead or whatever the light skin lady title is . Is a strong individual.! Her attitude is nasty and she has absolutely NO COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS. My son simply was asking about an apple submitted.Raising her voice and being rude isn’t called for. I’ll never visit this location again.

  Bag was opened when my food arrived. I ordered a large Sweet Tea and received a small unsweet tea. All the wings were bland and didnt have any sauce just taste like grease. After paying $100 for 30 wings and fries. im upset that my order was poorly. Food missing, no flavor, and greasy.

  this is the worst Wingstop on the southside they freestyle soda machine is always nasty and not working. The lady just cussed me out for not throwing away my trash, but every Wingstop I ever go to there's no trashcan in the lobby. She literally pointed to the trashcan that was in the kitchen, I damn near had to walk in the kitchen to throw away my trash.
