  this is the worst Wingstop on the southside they freestyle soda machine is always nasty and not working. The lady just cussed me out for not throwing away my trash, but every Wingstop I ever go to there's no trashcan in the lobby. She literally pointed to the trashcan that was in the kitchen, I damn near had to walk in the kitchen to throw away my trash.

  During my recent visit, the manager, Rob, was very disrespectful and unhelpful. The cashier was clearly busy, but instead of assisting her, he seemed unwilling to help. He also ignored customers who had questions and didn’t appear interested in providing good customer service. I’m not sure who owns this location, but I hope they take the time to reevaluate the management. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and this store has plenty of room for improvement.
