  OK, let’s start off with the professionalism on the overnight shift. There is none. There’s nothing being done in any type of order. The Indian man was the only man working hard. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. She allowed an employee to pull alcohol out of his pants in front of us at the front door and drink alcohol not just that that young man got to talk with a homosexual person. I told The Man he was not gonna make his food manager. Did nothing. The manager allowed random people to push customers out of the store literally put their hands on customers roll your cameras back you will see this. The manager does not know how to run the store. I should put somebody else who has a little more authoritative, personality and place never in my life have I ever felt so disrespected I will never return to the store. You have 56 people working wow it’s only one person working that is disgraceful and the manager what is she’s cussing with them allowing them to curse your business is gonna go to the ground, but that your man is drinking alcohol. He should not have a job.

  the workers threatened my life when i asked if i could use the bathroom since i’ve been waiting for my food for over a hour but no apparently there bathroom is “private”not public (i would’ve just peed at home if my order was ready on time…) the food literally taste liked dog food when i actually received it.

  ⭐ Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience I’ve been ordering from this Wingstop regularly since I live in the area, and I’ve always had a great experience with the food and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was completely different. I stopped by around 9:00 PM to pick up my order, and I was shocked by the way the employee handling the pickup orders was treating customers. He was practically yelling at everyone, both men and women, and speaking to people in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. The way he was addressing customers was completely unacceptable. I honestly couldn’t believe someone would treat people like that in a customer service environment. It was so bad that I seriously considered calling the police because of how disrespectful and aggressive his behavior was. I don’t understand how someone who behaves this way can be working directly with customers. No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment, especially when they are simply trying to pick up an order. I’ve always had a positive impression of this location, which makes tonight’s experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, looks into what happened, and addresses the employee’s behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

  Today, a guy working there treated several people very poorly; he seemed extremely stressed almost as if he were high. You really need to choose your customer service staff more carefully, because he nearly got into a physical fight with several young men and women due to his bad service and attitude. Wingstop has always been a very calm place with great customer service. That guy must be new, since I live in the area. Several people were assaulted by that guy during the minutes I was in the store 👀
