  Every experience is a bad experience, as far as customer service goes, this location is my absolute least favorite!!’ It’s always a last resort, and this location unfortunately happens to be the most convenient location for my driving route. However, they offer basic services, I can never seem to receive. Labeling it down to discrimination would be too easy. It seems more like they move the goal post since they are an independent location. Issues more like the notary that doesn’t notarize or the business that cannot explain how to reach its own customer service team or direct your through the step of navigating the support. The prices are astronomical, energy always low and it’s never a smooth transaction here. I’m good.

  The people here are nice, but the owner is illegally charging $9 for notary services when O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11 caps the charge for a notary act at $4. I showed them the law and they still insisted they are only notarizing the documents if I pay them $9 which is illegal. They are charging more than double the maximum charge allowed by law.
