  The guy in training today was super rude. Didn’t greet me. Don’t answer my question of asking for tape. He just grabbed the slips package and put it on the counter behind him and gave me the receipt. Not one word from him the entire interaction.

  My experience at the UPS on Roswell Road was quite disappointing, specifically regarding their notary service. Unlike other UPS locations where I've paid $4 for notary services, this particular branch charged an exorbitant $14. When I questioned this substantial price difference, the explanation provided was that they are under different ownership. This inconsistency in pricing among UPS branches is highly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. What adds to the frustration is that they didn't clearly communicate the $14 charge upfront; I initially understood it to be the standard $4, consistent with other UPS stores. I strongly discourage others from using this UPS location for notary services due to the unjustifiable price difference and lack of transparency. Such a business operation is, in my opinion, subpar and should be reconsidered by potential customers

  Excellent Customer Care and service. Claudia and Shirley are a pleasure. I was struggling with 2 large boxes before I actually entered the store and Claudia rushed out to assist me. She also asked me about different associations I might be a member of to receive a discount. Top notch, professional, kind and friendly.
