  This review is for Biviana and Nereida. Hands down the best customer service that I have had at any The UPS Store location. I come back just because of how I am treated. Even when it is busy they are very focused on taking care of the customer but still remaining kind. Thank you both for helping me with my shipments today and will continue to use this location as long as they are here! :)

  Dael at the Howell mill location in Atlanta Georgia was incredible. I forgot a card for my mom’s bday gift and she immediately offered one of her personal ones. She then ensured my gift would be delivered the next day. It was an incredible experience

  I have very mixed reviews of this store. My first encounter was with the notary service and it was great- very professional. Tbis prompted me to go back to meet with the person who designs banners and we made preliminary design together. She was supposed to send me A final design and never did. This was three weeks ago. I called her again and she promised it the next day. I have never heard from her. It was for a special birthday for my husband and I ended up going without. So I guess the average of my two experiences comes Out to a three

  I've spent over $5k in shipping fees at this location and they still charged me $5 to print a sheet of paper. To the owner, that's effed up and I hope that the internet see this so no one goes to your store. This is freaking ridiculous.

  The staff is amazing, they’re friendly and very helpful. They move quickly to get you in and out
