  Lisa, the manager, truly went above and beyond! She noticed me try the locked door 15 minutes after closing time (oops!), came and opened it, and helped me ship my return. She did it all with a smile and assured me there was no rush. A+ service!

  I want to extend A sincere thank you to Antonio who serviced me today. Not only was he very attentive, but highly patient and very professional! I highly recommend this location for all your shipping being returned for service with 10 out of 10!

  Charging $5+ to print a pre-paid label. No thanks. Not sure the rationale here other than squeezing money out of folks who show up thinking that a label print wouldn't cost as much as the shipping cost itself. Whatever, have my poorly taped on paper label when I return. Will be taking future business to FedEx, where label prints have always been free for me. Edit: For comic relief, a receipt can and will be printed for you free of charge, on the label printer. Edit2: Per the request of the UPS response to the review, I reached out due to their concern over my review. They told me there is no issue here. Quite concerned they really were. Take your business to FedEx, they don't charge $5 for shipping labels prints you have already purchased online.

  Constantly a disorderly wreck and understaffed. Been waiting for a key for a mailbox for literal months and they always say it will be ready next time.
