Today, they helped me print an affidavit, take a passport photo, get a notary, and ship out a USPS package. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes! There is another UPS close by that doesn’t come close to this customer service. Highly recommend!

I cab tell that she likes her job because she is good at it and takes the time to do the very things us as costumers want and need. This UPS is awesome all the time too! Super owners with great staff; an awesome combo! Please keep it up bc it really makes a difference and matters!!

- SKSana KhalidMay 9, 20262.0The girl with the braids is a scammer. She charged me a “computer admin fee”, charged me for packing the box only to tell me the package needs to be dropped off at FedEx. I wish she had checked the details first and let me know in advance. I paid for nothing since then I had to go elsewhere to even ship the package. Edit based on the response: Sure it's common, but the customer should be able to DECIDE if that's the route the want to take??? I could've just drove to Fedex and them to pack, ship all of it. A simple "hey, happy to pack this but just know we cannot ship it out here" leaving the decision in my hands before just charging me. That is straight up scam like behavior. Anyways, now to ship package I drive to store 2480 Briarcliff Rd NE Ste 6, Atlanta, GA 30329 which is equally close. Way better customer service
