  On an extremely hot day of 98 degrees, Kela and Leah were extremely patient and efficient in helping file an insurance claim. I am glad they assisted me in completing this matter.

  I visited this location today and had another negative interaction with an employee. This was my second time interacting with her, and both experiences have been unpleasant. I did nothing that I believe would warrant this type of treatment. The only reason I can think of is that during my first visit, I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and perhaps she was frustrated by that. However, if a business advertises certain operating hours, customers should reasonably expect to be served during those posted hours. If this location has a practice of closing early or discouraging customers from coming in before closing, that should be communicated clearly rather than reflected in the way customers are treated. Regardless of the reason, I found the employee’s behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable.
