  I had such a quick and great experience at this store! I believe the manager’s name is Eric, and he was super helpful, kind, and funny. The other associate was great as well! I’ll definitely be making an effort to come to this specific location whenever I need to visit a UPS Store. :)

  Eddie and his business partner are fantastic!! This location provides excellent customer service, they are efficient and knowledgeable, and the team goes above and beyond to create a personal touch with each customer.

  It’s insane to call the local number to only get a representative out of state that cannot help with the temperature controlled medication that didn’t get delivered today that now will sit in a warehouse somewhere for pickup they say sometime tomorrow after 24 hours so that’s tomorrow evening in 95 degree Atlanta warehouse heat. Unacceptable
