  This location has the rudest, most passive aggressive employees. I stopped by for notary service, and they rudely told me they don't do that, even though it's advertised online. You could tell the two people working there did not want to be bothered and just wanted to do the bare minimum until closing time. Don't waste your time here, find another UPS location if you are not in a hurry. I hope the owner of this location sees this review and talks to the employees who were there on Thursday June 11 around 5 p.m. Then they mockingly called out, "have a nice day" as I was leaving and laughed. It left such a bad taste in my mouth. Never ever setting foot here again and neither will my business.

  This location does not have notary service as what was advertised online. The guy who worked there was unnecessarily condescending, sarcastic and RUDE. Please hire educated employees who know how to talk to people at least. Not someone who is apparently not happy with his job and acted passive aggressive

  Eddie helped through the whole process of shipping 2 boxes. He was extremely friendly and accommodating from the get go. He kindly allowed us to take the dolly home overnight so that it would be convenient for us to bring it to the UPS store. He assured us that the cost of our shipping would be within our budget. He took extra care that the boxes were taped appropriately. He took the effort of going to the warehouse and getting us the size we needed. He was fantastic all week! He really made our lives easier! Thank you Eddie!

  To my knowledge, this is the only UPS in Atlanta that offers monthly mailboxes without having to sign up for multiple months. The others in the area only offer 3, 6 and 12 month agreements. Cam was very polite and greeted me with a kind, sweet smile. Even though there was a line forming behind me, she took the time to help me set up my mailbox and made sure I was treated fairly without being rushed. Karon, her coworker, greeted me with a warm welcome before he started helping out the next guests. Being new to Atlanta, they took the time to welcome me and give me tips about the area, after all the other customers were served, of course. Hands down best UPS in the area, especially if you are new! Thank you Cam and Karon! Edit: Had a really positive experience with Cory as well! Got my package to me in under a minute, which tells me he’s actively reading the packages and is paying great attention to the mail!

  They did my last minute wedding menus! Had them ready for when I arrive and held my package with the other wedding invitation great service thanks Eddie!
