  Omggggg!!! Vickie and Hemal are the absolute BEST!!! Had to beat this terrible Atlanta traffic coming from work and got here at 7:02 and they still opened the door for me to pick up my birthday package !! Customer service top tier. Which is why I still having change locations even though I’ve moved. The best. 10/10!! THANK YOU!!!

  To get a document notarized, they’re charging $7 for every page, which is insane ($2 for the signature, $5 convenience fee). This place earlier used to charge just $3 as a convenience fee for the entire transaction and $2 for each signature which is a reasonable charge. This $7 per page is insane—pure looting!

  Jus wanted you to know, was watching VICKIE as I stood in a LONG LIne waiting for service+ while one customer was searching for something on her phone,she jumped to an open register+started assisting another customer..being business myself, I had to let someone know she took great initiative doing that+as a customer I appreciate it.. yall are lucky to have Vickie on your team.

  The old lady that is always working morning never has a good attitude, acts like she hates her job. If she has to help you any further than scanning the package it’s an inconvenience to her. I have returned things and shipped things here for over a year. Not one person has ever smiled, nor had a positive attitude. It makes me hate even walking in. But it’s the most convenient location. Sorry attitudes always. If you don’t like your job, please don’t take it out on everyone else
