  The two sweet and attentive black ladies that helped me print out a form with such grace and proficiency, made the few minutes I spent here valued and cared for more than any other UPS store I’ve been to. Thank you ladies!

  Notary price is too high $11 per page. It can be done in other stores for $2 to $3. Update: The owner clarified this was an “Attestation,” not a standard notary. However, I want to be clear — I request for standard notary. UPS performed a different, more expensive service without explaining the difference. I was charged $11 per page for a service I did not request. Other locations charge $2–$3 for a standard notary. Transparent pricing and clear communication about the service being performed should be standard practice.

  I go to a few different UPS stores in this area and this is really the best one. Open 7 days a week and really helpful, friendly and efficient staff.

  Great customer service from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help. My package was handled quickly, and all my questions were answered. A fantastic UPS Store experience.

  Woman working there was beyond rude. She was also intruding on my phone call where I was making humor about how much they charge for computer use and printing. The intrusion of my phone call had her telling me to go visit another store, which I gladly did. I will not be back to this location specifically because of the female who works the desk. Horrible customer service and attitude for a “customer service” job. It’s 2026, customer service should be the easiest job now a days.
