    They do not open on time!! They were supposed to open 15 minutes ago and I’ve been waiting outside watching several customers pull up, try to open the door, and walk away frustrated. Go to a different location. No punctuality.

    This UPS store is supposed to open at 8:30 am. Today they opened at 8:42 am. There were 5 customers waiting outside. The voicemail box is full as well.
