  Younger girl at the desk was on a phone call the entire interaction I had with her. She spent several moments staring at the screen and laughing while I am waiting for some kind of verbal confirmation that my package is good to be dropped off. Very unprofessional.

  Unfortunately, one employee consistently makes the experience unpleasant. From giving customers the stink eye when she feels they’re taking too long, to being on personal calls while helping people at the register, she comes across as dismissive and disrespectful. After experiencing this multiple times, I’ve decided to go to a different store because the negative energy and poor customer service make the environment feel very unwelcoming.

  I have been a customer of this store since 1995. Ronak has been an exceptional owner, often helping me out in an emergency. I can only speak of the service that I have received at this location in superlatives. I have moved from the nearby neighborhood. So now, I drive by three other UPS locations to continue to receive far better service at this location.
