  Exceptional customer service doesn’t always mean put on a nice show and slightly disrespect a customer who rarely goes to that store. Maybe I went at a busy time or something. Well that’s it that’s all.

  I use the store frequently and the staff is always friendly helpful and efficient. Today they helped me repackage an item and it cut the shipping cost in half.

  Store cost me some money on return items I told the guy the items was packaged together when they sent it to me so I returned it the same way but had to different shipping labels he said ok leave it in the box n only put 1 shipping label instead of telling me to get another box for other item went back next day when I realized it say other item wasn’t dropped off they said they couldn’t do nothing about it since it left the store knowing they can put it in the system saying I did drop it off with other packages
