  The customer service quality here is inconsistent.One of the team members, a younger guy in locks (I didn't get his name), wasn't the best at answering questions even though he seemed unfamiliar with the policy.

  The young girl with fake hair at the cashier is ALWAYS rude! I used to buy snacks almost everyday and today she refused my cash. I had already paid in cash before and she said they NEVER take cash with the little device. They might need an audit to see where the cash I used to pay for my snacks went. But the young girl is always rude anyway and I'll buy my snacks somewhere else from now on

  This store with UPS shipping services including Amazon returns has an OUTSTANDING staff that are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Not to mention the food and drink goodies this neighborhood store carries, including basic office supplies and other items.
