  ⭐️ 1 star I’ve used UPS Stores specifically because they have traditionally provided tape for packages being shipped or returned. Today, I brought in a package I was returning to Amazon, and instead of simply helping me tape it up, I was charged $1.50 just to tape the package. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the employee, Anita, who seemed more interested in scolding me for bringing in a package that wasn’t already taped than in helping a customer. The way she spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I understand that businesses can have policies and charge for certain services, but the way this was handled left a very bad impression. Charging $1.50 for a small amount of tape is one thing; making the customer feel unwelcome over it is another. I’ll definitely think twice before using this UPS Store again.
