  I always receive fast, friendly, and stress free customer service at this UPS location. The staff at this location always do anything they can to accommodate what you need. Definitely my go to UPS on this side of town.

  Great experience! Eric and everyone in the store were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service and a great attitude all around. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  This store is always open during normal operating hours and has a wonderful team. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Not to mention the owner of this location, Ms. Carter, is usually around to troubleshoot and manage any shipping difficulties with a warm demeanor and special attention to detail. Even on busy days, this team knows how to handle each customer with care and promptness. Needless to say, there has been no problem with any of my packages leaving this location. I am glad South Fulton has this well-managed UPS store operating in our community.

  I always enjoy coming to this UPS store. I’m a local regular and business owner. It’s super convenient to my house and I’m always greeted when I come in. Special shoutout to Charli and Eric who are always helpful along with all of the other staff. Service is usually quick unless they’re really busy. Will continue coming here!
