  Witnessed exceptional service*** I was in on August 2nd for the notary service (my apologies for this late post) and I witnessed exceptional care with another customer. Ms. Suman managed the front desk with multiple customers while her husband MADE very large boxes to protect this customer's art. I witnessed him hand measure, bubble wrap, and secure the valuable piece. I think he already wrapped 2 or 3 framed pieces. Now, that's the service you seek out when others will not touch it. I'm glad to have this UPS store on Cascade. I came in for a notary but witnessed so much more. Definitely, will be back. All the best with servicing this area. ~D

  OK, I don’t usually leave reviews but I needed a paper notarized urgently for My Daughter‘s tuition and it needed to be notarized but I’m disabled and in an electric wheelchair and it’s very difficult for me catching rides to different places, but I was running through a plaza beside Publix and I seen that it had notary on the window, but I knew I was going to be out of luck because it was 6:59pm and they close at 7 o’clock, but lucky me, a nice young lady name, Miss Suma or Zuma and I am so so sorry because I know that I’m pronouncing or spelling your name wrong but anyway I would like to thank you more than you could possibly know and My Daughter wanted me to tell you thank you as well!

  I was pleasantly surprised that this location was so close to me. They have been open for 3 months and will be my first option now. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick.

  Suman was the most helpful! I had the most delighted experience sending not only UPS packages but also USPS. She helped me get foam board print outs done very quickly and affordably. Great service!
