  It’s absolutely ridiculous how horrible the service was today. Came in wasn’t acknowledged at all. Waited for several minutes. Look like they were working on some online orders but with absolutely no sense of urgency . Young lady working tonight had to be distracted or something literally was placing the wrong toppings on the sandwich took . Talking to coworkers literally used profanity and said something along the lines under her breath “I hate it here “ she forever just to make it rang me up wrong even though she was the one who made the sandwich. I had to write a review because today was horrible, but this wasn’t the first time I had bad service here.

  It's obvious they have a younger generation running this establishment. I have ordered from here twice in the last month online pickup and both times have been a disaster. I reached out to the manager the first time and he agreed to refund my card back and its been 2 weeks and still no refund has appeared. I ordered online once more since then 06/11/26 around 1:30pm and this is what my sandwich looked like once I got back to work and opened it. I chose this location due to timing with my lunch schedule and the location, also the establishment is very clean inside however, this is my last time visiting due to the carelessness of the "sandwich artist" and their manager doesn't seem to care either.
