It's obvious they have a younger generation running this establishment. I have ordered from here twice in the last month online pickup and both times have been a disaster. I reached out to the manager the first time and he agreed to refund my card back and its been 2 weeks and still no refund has appeared. I ordered online once more since then 06/11/26 around 1:30pm and this is what my sandwich looked like once I got back to work and opened it. I chose this location due to timing with my lunch schedule and the location, also the establishment is very clean inside however, this is my last time visiting due to the carelessness of the "sandwich artist" and their manager doesn't seem to care either.

This ain’t even 50 percent more.
I was shorted 3$.
This is why I usually go to other subways.
This has happened and unless something happens on their end I doubt I’ll come back find another place.

10am and it looked like they were just opening. Guy with some braids didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in, had his headphones in talking to someone on the phone. We decided to leave because he didn’t really seem to care why we were in there or what we wanted to order.
