  If I could give this place zero I would. I ordered two subs, one Italian and one turkey, both were supposed to be toasted, the Italian was supposed to have vinegar, light mayo, salt and pepper and oregano, it has none of those and is drenched in mayo. It’s inedible. My turkey sub was not toasted, has no oil, salt pepper oregano or Parmesan. Incredibly disappointed I’m about to spend $20 more on pub subs.

  Sub was made completely wrong. Missing ingredients, non toasted when I asked for toasted, too much of ingredients I clearly listed to be light. Terrible sub, worst I’ve ever had.

  Everytime I come here, I get the nastiest attitude from these employees. I asked for a cup of mayo your telling me I have to buy a bag of chips?

  The older Indian lady who works here is very rude and very unprofessional to paying customers. I come here on my lunch break almost everyday and every time she’s here she’s blatantly rude and ignoring customers

  You would think since they already have NO CUSTOMERS, they’d try to provide better customer service. I didn’t even get to get any food from this location I walked out. I walked in and was standing waiting to order. Two employees, neither say anything to me. I’m still standing waiting. The Spanish guy working sees a white male walk in & immediately speaks to him and tries to take his order as I’m still standing there. And tries to say he said something to me, when neither him or the woman working said anything at all. Racism and poor customer service is why this place will stay empty.
