  The older Indian lady who works here is very rude and very unprofessional to paying customers. I come here on my lunch break almost everyday and every time she’s here she’s blatantly rude and ignoring customers

  You would think since they already have NO CUSTOMERS, they’d try to provide better customer service. I didn’t even get to get any food from this location I walked out. I walked in and was standing waiting to order. Two employees, neither say anything to me. I’m still standing waiting. The Spanish guy working sees a white male walk in & immediately speaks to him and tries to take his order as I’m still standing there. And tries to say he said something to me, when neither him or the woman working said anything at all. Racism and poor customer service is why this place will stay empty.

  This subway is nasty and the lady that works there is very rude. I wish they would replace it with a jersey Mikes or something
