  Placed pickup order on their app. When reached the store was closed and the employees inside didn’t help neither subway. Waste of time, money and energy. Virtually no customer support service exists.

  Buyer beware - whoever might be running this location is not doing a good job. Understaffed, frequently out of many items (no tomatoes, no lettuce), broken features (toaster broken) which means certain sandwiches aren't available (no meatball sub if that's your thing). Folks working have always been nice and no shade to the workers. The owner though: for shame.

  Horrible, placed an order through the app and it was not ready when it was time to be picked up. Then the employee decided to make other sandwiches from customers that came in after me before he started on mine. This store needs alot more help. Shouldn't be having just 1 employee man the whole store On their own. Especially on a Saturday.
