  Trash and so is the staff. Not helpful, inattentive, and just provided a below subpar experience. Cant customize a sandwich in person but you can online. Smh avoid the incompetence and head to Jimmy John's

  online order got delayed for more than 20 minutes, the staff didn't even started my order even after waiting there (i especially told them that my order is in que). my ticket was hanging there all the time.

  Placed pickup order on their app. When reached the store was closed and the employees inside didn’t help neither subway. Waste of time, money and energy. Virtually no customer support service exists.
