Young woman behind the counter had a very bad attitude, somewhat arrogant, dhort dismissive. I came in and told her I had a a code for a 69 on footlong. She gave me this weird look like she'd never heard of that before. Then she scoffed "you'll have to order online!" I already had the order queued up so I submitted the order. It came up at the register. It was the sandwich I ordered and then she acted like she didn't know it was me. Well I literally told her what I was going to order and I was the only one in line the only one in the restaurant!
She, early twenties, middle east ethnicity I think, then goes on to make my meatball sub, piles way too much sauce on it. By the time they end up adding a few toppings. It was dripping out the size. I could barely eat it. Even the guy at the register commented on how it was so soupy, and they just laughed about it like I was the problem. They never offered to make it right. They didn't care. They weren't even going to attempt to fix the problem! Nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody said thank you. Terrible experience!
This is a management problem. Customer service is not even their objective. They just hired a bunch of disrespectful young adults with no management oversight.

These guys are crooks. I have a reward account. I went in ordered and ATTEMPTED to use my rewards. I say attempted because the 2 guys working the front lied and said I didn't have any when I know I did. They just didn't want to honor my reward. I know they lied cuz when I brought it up the guy working the cash register looked it up, made a face when he saw it, called the other guy over he looked at it and lied to face. All because I had a $8.99 foot long combo. Needless to say I'll never set foot in there again.
I am writing to formally report a poor experience at your location in Atlanta and to request immediate attention from ownership or upper management.
My wife and I visited your store after a 10-hour drive to bring our son to Morehouse College. What should have been a simple meal turned into a very frustrating experience due to the conduct of one of your employees.
When I politely asked for a small amount of extra black olives on a sandwich from my online order, the employee refused and pointed to a receipt stating “add 8 olives,” showing no willingness to provide basic customer accommodation. His tone and attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
Additionally, when I requested a light amount of salt on my footlong tuna sub, the sandwich was excessively salted to the point it was not edible.
This level of service is unacceptable. The employee’s behavior and lack of professionalism reflect poorly on your business and suggest a need for immediate review and corrective action.
Ok and they have selective hearing!!!!

This is the first time I’m writing a review and I have never had any issue with this subway until today. The 2 girls of the night shift on Thursday that take your order at the front bar have literally the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. They are both unnecessarily loud and full of attitude, complaining about their own mistakes while making the order, acting like if making a sandwich is rocket science. Horrible experience today, and I know I wasn’t the only one, I saw them basically shouting to other people in line.
