  says they open at 6am but didn’t open till 6:30 just to say they won’t make sandwiches till after 9:30am, yet everything is open and out for sandwiches to be made.. should’ve known from all the other horrible reviews!! hire employees that want to work!!

  Had the worst experience while here. There was a fight happening just inside the doorway to the backside of the store while there appeared to be a male manager there and he let them sit in the doorway and yell at one another while the 12 or so people in line looked on. There appeared to be around 7 employees but only 3 were assisting with the making of the sandwiches and checking out. However, they were so busy gossiping about the staff arguing in the back that they continued to mess up our 2 sandwich orders. The original girl laid every bit of the meat in the split of the sandwich and it could not be folded closed (so I had to deconstruct the entire sandwich to eat it), the second lady was so busy talking about what was going on in the back that when she asked my daughter what she wanted on her sandwich she didn't actually listen to what she said, she told her that she wanted everything that goes on the 5 Meat Italian except the mayo and the lady literally piled everything in the veggie area onto my daughters sandwich and I had to stop her. I let her know that she didn't want all of that on there and she said, "Well she said she wanted everything." I explained to her what she actually said and she not so nicely asked what my daughter what she wanted taken off and as she took the items off, she placed the now CROSS CONTAMINATED food back into its corresponding bin. When it came time to pay the lady stated that the machine would ask if I wanted to tip or skip and then I could pay. I had to say something 3 times because nothing was coming up and another lady came over to set up the ability for me to actually pay and it would not allow me to skip and forced me to tip. Which after basically being ignored I didn't feel like I should've had to do. There was so much happening that shouldn't have been while a manager was present, which tells me this location goes completely unchecked and unnoticed.

  The staff was friendly, but didn't have tomatoes for the sandwich.

  Hi my name is Maranda I came in was waiting to start boarding my flight to Houston…I came by around 9:20 the rude young lady with the hat just kept yelling chips and drinks she told me I couldn’t get a sandwich when they were obviously still serving sandwiches to other people about three to four delta employees came by got in line and got there food one didn’t pay im guessing it’s her boyfriend or something…..while the others had to pay…when I asked the young lady with the hat so no food she said no my manager told me to stop serving(but you all can serve delta but not actual paying guests)…what makes this experience worse there was flies all over everything I will be reporting this to someone hopefully higher up this was very unacceptable and disturbing Get better staff or don’t be open at all

  This subway lacks common hygiene standards and was quite frankly the worst subway experience I have had. We got in the line and the lady serving us kept wiping her gloves on her face and sneezing on them. She also smashed the lady's sandwich in front of us and was wiping her hand on the surfaces of the counter and register. It was so disgusting we decided to leave the line while our sandwich was being made and find somewhere else. Absolutely unsanitary. Public health threat. Save your money and find any other restaurant in the airport.
