Hi my name is Maranda I came in was waiting to start boarding my flight to Houston…I came by around 9:20 the rude young lady with the hat just kept yelling chips and drinks she told me I couldn’t get a sandwich when they were obviously still serving sandwiches to other people about three to four delta employees came by got in line and got there food one didn’t pay im guessing it’s her boyfriend or something…..while the others had to pay…when I asked the young lady with the hat so no food she said no my manager told me to stop serving(but you all can serve delta but not actual paying guests)…what makes this experience worse there was flies all over everything I will be reporting this to someone hopefully higher up this was very unacceptable and disturbing
Get better staff or don’t be open at all

This subway lacks common hygiene standards and was quite frankly the worst subway experience I have had. We got in the line and the lady serving us kept wiping her gloves on her face and sneezing on them. She also smashed the lady's sandwich in front of us and was wiping her hand on the surfaces of the counter and register. It was so disgusting we decided to leave the line while our sandwich was being made and find somewhere else. Absolutely unsanitary. Public health threat. Save your money and find any other restaurant in the airport.

4/11/26 around 8pm I was the second person on line & waited for 15 minutes. The worker with glasses & faded red hair in a ponytail was having a conversation with a customer she knew, another airport worker. Since she wasn't paying attention, she dropped the sandwich on the counter and had to make a new one. It should be common sense people are in a rush at airports where they need to catch flights, some have been traveling all day & want a quick bite. This worker was wasting time & then was rude to me. If I'm asking for something, answer back so I know you heard me & I'm getting the right sandwich. They only had two breads and barely any of their usual ingredients. The meats were mixed up in different containers they didn't belong to. For a little over $30 for two sandwiches, they were very mediocre. I've had much better sandwiches at different Subway locations.
