  I literally cannot stand when companies ship with FedEx. Always frustrating. Always annoying. Always unnecessary issues. Delivery window was from 8:20a-12:20p. Driver showed up at 12:46p when I was unfortunately in disposed (because who is sitting at the door all day waiting for a delivery?) I call asap to try to see if they could catch the driver to turn around or at least let me pick it up. NOPE. Not eligible for any help. Smh. Worst service ever. Wish it would've been delivered via another company. So now I have to cancel an appt for tomorrow to wait until 8p, yes 8 P.M., for the delivery.

  As far as shipping they did great. The issue is, there is no a/c and hasn't been for a long time. How do you expect your underpaid staff to continue to work here and even think straight and look decent for the customer. This is a huge company and obviously they dont take care of their staff. This is Ga. Mid summer. Get it together!!!!! Also I had a live animal shipped here. Which by the way cant be in such heat. So you will also lose customers.

  I don't know how it's legal for a company to refuse to complete delivery of an item which is owned by the receiver. FedEx would not deliver my package without a signature even though I instructed for it to be. This is ridiculous. It's my package and they refuse to deliver it. Now I have to drive an hour to pick it up. What's the point of getting an item delivered. I might as well spend a day and drive across town to make my purchases in stores. I wish there was a way to prevent any of my packages ever being delivered by FedEx again. They are by far the worst delivery service.
