  The gentleman working in the shipping center was very professional and helpful. The frustrating part is that I had to come up to the shipping center, simply because the drivers are too lazy to actually deliver to my apartment, just because its a gated complex. The leasing office will grant entrance to delivery drivers, and if they need to they can scan a QR code that they can use to be granted entry as well. The 4 stars is for the gentleman who helped mein the shipping center, but giving a big 0 to the incompetent drivers who are too lazy to do their jobs.

  Received a last minute notification that some documents would be needed out of state and we could only use FedEx for shipping. Originally went to OD and they couldn't have it there by Monday. Decided to go to the shipping center at the airport. The employee that assisted us provided A1 service! In addition, the fee charged was less than what was quoted at offsite locations. If I have a future need to ship something via FedEx, I will definitely use this location.

  I have medication shipped to my home monthly - overnight delivery bc it has to remain cold. I’ve received it for over 6 months without an issue. The delivery driver I guess just didnt feel like delivering it. I called fedex and reached out to them on social media - I was told three different lies about why it was not delivered. And then I was told that delivery was attempted - someone was home all day - no one ever attempted to deliver. I have no outdoor animals or any other reason for the driver to feel “unsafe”. This medication is useless after today as it has to remain at a cold temperature. The shipper told me that it is good for 24 hours on the dry ice. The only thing I’ve been offered is apologies. This is absolutely unacceptable.

  Poor customer service. Lost package. Had me on hold for 10 mins.
