  I went here for an Amazon return drop off and a black worker asked me what is in my Amazon return drop package and told me that they are going to open my package (which is unheard of for Amazon returns). And he was muttering nasty comments about me out loud. On top of that, he didn’t drop what he was doing right when I walked up to the counter. I didn’t see his name but I should have taken a picture of him and posted it on here also. I’m most definitely not going to choose FedEx for an Amazon return ever again.

  One of the singular worst FedEx locations I’ve ever seen the people you have working here are the lowest of the low. They will sign for boxes for people who aren’t there to pickup and kick boxes across the ground from the back office all the way to front at you to pickup. Ridiculous. Someone from corporate needs to wake up and see what’s going on here.

  Terrible customer service at this location only. All other Fedex locations are great. There is one clerk there who rolls his eyes at all customers and will get irritated it you ask any questions.

  I just left this establishment and the customer service was fantastic! The gentleman was very professional and expedient in prepping my package for delivery. His caring and guiding demeanor helped me with the receipt kiosk and buying packing paper. Cardi B complained about the poor customer service in Atlanta but she needs to come do business at this fantastic Fed Ex shipping store!

  Drove by to drop off a package at 2PM, upon attempting to enter, the door was completely locked. No visible person at counter, lazy & useless staff.
