  Always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, courteous, and ready to help. The store is well stocked with a huge array of shipping and office supplies and services.

  If you read my last review you’ll know I was trying to get an Image resized to a poster size. I came to this fedEx location and Shaun was top tier showed me the best size and gave me a timeline and expected completion date. and. And. AND. He called me when it was ready. The image came out perfect. No pixelation or nothing. Dear Staples… learn from FedEx… Respectfully.

  Went in asking for the cheapest way to return ship a box of shoes—pointed out the stocked items (there were a few empty shelves) and was provided a bag from behind the register (too small even, that I thought the associate was giving me since it was the cheapest item was $1.75 and this item was technically too small for my box). Then when he scanned the shipping label he said the plain bag would be $4?? I’m sorry you have boxes and padded mailers less than $2 and what you gave me was also too small for my box and I asked for the least expensive means of shipping. I said I’d purchase something off the shelf and he said because I’d already taped the bag I’d need to pay for it. When I said there were several less expensive items and I was asking for the least expensive way to ship the box he just laughed and said “yeah crazy”. Real quality employees here, happy to screw over customer rather than actually help.

  ​If you enjoy watching people work in ultra slow motion while chatting in the back, this is the place for you. The level of laziness here is almost impressive. Employees—especially a tall Black guy whose name starts with "Im-"—spend more time hiding behind the desk and gossiping than actually helping customers. Management seriously needs to do a head-count cut because these guys are clearly getting paid to hang out, ignore the line, and take complete advantage of the business. Go literally anywhere else unless you have one hour to waste.

  Showed up at 7:57 PM for a package pickup, three minutes before their posted 8:00 PM close. Door was already locked. The employee admitted the manager had locked up early. Neither of them would hand over my package, even after I asked. Told me to come back tomorrow.
