  Horrible service. Didn’t help me print my things but was an expert at telling me why they can’t print based on the AVAILABLE resources instead of apologizing for not being at full working capacity and finding a way to get it done smh. Their printers aren’t working and they’re not trying to help like another location said just email it to us directly and we’ll just print it for you!!!!! This location needs work smh

  Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. What could have been a routine interaction turned into such a positive experience because of his attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.   Just visited to send a 2-day envelope. George offered to help as soon as I approached him. And THEN, when I returned 10 minutes later after I realized I specified the wrong address, he fished it out of the bin and corrected the mistake with a new label. Couldn't ask for better service!
