  Just visited to send a 2-day envelope. George offered to help as soon as I approached him. And THEN, when I returned 10 minutes later after I realized I specified the wrong address, he fished it out of the bin and corrected the mistake with a new label. Couldn't ask for better service!

  Eric was fantastic to work with. When I ran into technical issues trying to submit my order, he jumped in immediately to resolve them. Beyond just fixing the issue, he provided great design input, helping me choose a much better color palette. I really appreciate his proactive service and expert help!
