I've brought in some major projects to the staff at this location and every single time they have been kind, detail-oriented, and timely. I've had a pleasant experience with everyone there and they make stress-full tasks that much easier. This location will always be my go-to spot for large scale projects and even smaller ones. Thank you all so much!

Almost every time I go there to print something the printer gets stuck and it takes forever for someone to come and solve the problem.

Andre provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions about shipping. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. If you’re visiting this FedEx location, I highly recommend asking for Andre. Great service like his deserves to be recognized!
