  Andre provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions about shipping. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. If you’re visiting this FedEx location, I highly recommend asking for Andre. Great service like his deserves to be recognized!

  Never go here. The ratings for the store are a lie. The staff are lazy and just very lethargic. I went at off peak at 9:45 am just to get a return shipping label printed along with a page. Alfred was helpful but very slow.

  If you are needing to print something, calculate 2 hours. Staff is not willing to help you, they ignore you and have to repeat everything 3 times because they don’t listen.

  Came in a little prior to closing and was having trouble with the email sending my documents I needed printing to the query that sends back the retrieval code. Ashley and Greg both went above and beyond to not only help me get my documents printed out but also made sure that they were sent out. Thank you two very much for the peace of mind and for taking the extra mile to help. You easily could have just told me y'all were closed by instead persistently sought out a solution. I will forever be grateful.
