  Having to pay for packages to be delivered to the hotel is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not even from FedEx. It was dropped off by Amazon. Terrible place. Don’t give them your business

  I had such a great experience at the FedEx inside the Hyatt thanks to employees Ebony, Odonjanay and Isaiah White. I came in stressed trying to get a passport photo, and they all went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly patient, professional, kind, and made sure every detail was right. What started as a stressful situation turned into such a pleasant experience because of their amazing customer service and teamwork. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about helping customers, and they absolutely did. Thank you all again for making the process so smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location!

  Possibly the worst fedex I have been to. Horrible staff- can’t even attend to customers on time and just delay things. I have been waiting for 25 min and I’m the only the one there. Imagine the inadequacy

  Charges a $15 fee to pick up. Said they would have someone bring it to my room. An hour later I had to go get it myself. Woman working there talked to her friends on the phone through the whole interaction.
