  Desmond is PHENOMENAL! I had some docs to send out overnight and my time window for it to make on the truck was TIGHT. Not only was he attentive to ME but he was manning the phones and helped at least 6 others customers while simultaneously helping me troubleshoot and ensure my package left fully equipped and on time. This man needs a promotion. He did it with grace, humor, and a smile on his face. THANK YOU SO MUCH DESMOND! I pray your pillow always stays cool!

  I visited store # 2044 to use the self serve workstation as I had done countless times in past I use my laptop and fedex wifi to get work done as I was leaving self proclaiming, manager Jonathan bell told me that I was loitering!! and would not be allowed to come back and use self service workstation!!. I have been using fed ex office for 30 years and I've never heard of this! Such bad business to make normal use of a service offered by this company a crime!!! I was profiled discriminated against. This is horrible and not acceptable!!!

  I have been coming to this store for years now and I have always had such a great experience. The staff no matter who was working was always super professional and helpful! Specifically I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Greg who has been helping me out the last few visits. He is so friendly, professional and beyond helpful. Whether they are slow or busy they treat everyone with respect and professionalism. I will continue to do my business here because they know what they are doing and always are there to help! Thank you for everything this team and store does! Also shout out to the new manager Jonathan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) He was super awesome and nice as well! Much Love- Michael

  I made a return of 3 items unboxed and 2 items never got returned. I got a receipt for an item that I never had. I think 2 items were stolen! The manager is also rude and not very helpful if your not buying anything or paying for services.
