I have to give a huge shout out to McKinley! I frequently bring in large work shipments, and he is always incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He takes the time to pack my boxes in the most efficient way possible and never makes me feel like my orders are an inconvenience.
He always greets me when I walk in and consistently provides excellent customer service. Honestly, if it wasn't for McKinley, I probably wouldn't be so loyal to this location. FedEx is lucky to have him!

Jonathan and Greg are always very kind and go above and beyond to make sure that they answer all my questions and that they get my packages delivered on time. This is my favorite location.

Employees inside are very friendly and helpful. I wish there was a way to update store hours in the app because I came on a day it was supposed to be open but it was closed. FedEx as a company is trash, but the folks inside make up for it.

I’ll say every interaction I’ve had with all the employees here have been super positive, however, I hope FedEx knows what an asset they have with McKinley specifically. He provided the best customer service I’ve received in a long time in any business for that matter! He went above and beyond to make my multiple printing jobs for my wedding absolutely perfect. He is kind, patient, personable and goes the extra mile to make the customer happy, even when it is extremely busy in the store. Thank you McKinley!
I use to use this location on a regular basis but they have a few new employees there that aren't too professional for my liking, slightly smart at the mouth always on the cell phone but the last time I was there a professional looking guy came in and told one of the employees don't threaten me or my family again and he was serious about what he said just by his look and posture.... The guy that came in had a calm posture and low voice but the employee started cursing at him and raising his voice which frighten me and the other customers in the store because we didn't know what was about to happen....I don't know the gist of what happened but I won't be patronizing this location I will go further away from my house because that was very unprofessional of a FedEx employee
