I would leave zero stars if possible, rudest and most unhelpful staff possible. Why are you mad that someone is asking for a service your office provides?

Extremely rude and impatient towards customer especially international people
a tall bald guy, really bad service, i asked a question and he just made a face, he shouldn’t be working
Trey at the Lindbergh FedEx, went the extra mile to pack and ship
120 pounds of pots and pans. Each piece needed to be bubble wrapped and strategically placed in boxes. This was time consuming and their system was acting up so Trey needed to reboot the system, and I couldn’t wait. He followed up as promised with a phone call and emailed the receipt. Great job, Trey!
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but after reading some of the ones about this store I felt compelled to. I do everything I can to avoid this location, but after the other stores nearby were unable to complete my requests I ventured over to this one. This store is always understaffed on the weekend so be prepared to wait. After stating my request it was clear that this employee did not want to help me complete the service the other two locations were unable to finish. He made me wait while he helped person after person who came through the store, even making a rude remark to me as he assisted another customer. After reading other reviews I can see that this particular employee is very rude and dismissive of women, so keep that in mind if you plan on going. The lack of customer service or even empathy for a customer’s situation is astounding. I don’t know how this location continues to operate. There are other FedEx stores in the area, I recommend avoiding this location.
