They charge 10$ extra based on the weight of your package PER ITEM. I don’t care how friendly they are that is a ridiculous fee when the nearest fedex is a 10 minute walk and you’ve already prepaid the postage.

Wow! The service I received at this location from Shay and Brooke was exceptional! I went into this location which is located in the HUB / Hyatt hotel (Atlanta) and I was eagerly greeted by two ladies. I was a bit frazzled and needed help with printing images and shipping my packages! I can’t believe the service and the quality that was provided! They instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy with the images that I needed to send out. There are quite a few fed ex locations on peachtree but this location at the Hyatt will be my go to because of the service provided thanks to Shay and Brooke. So grateful for their help and service today!

$10 to drop off a prepaid package?? Um no crazy, I'm not paying you extra to do something you do every day anyway...
