  Came here today to print documents to have bound into a book. The young woman at the desk was extremely friendly to the woman in front of me. When I came up, she said, “hey, “and walked away. I told her what I needed. She told me I would need to wait an hour because she was “the only employee here for the entire day. “Shortly after this, another employee walked in. I still went ahead and printed my document, but the printer froze and on the screen, it said there was a printing error. I went to her to ask her for help and she said “well I don’t know what the screen said so I can’t tell you anything. And I don’t know how to fix whatever printer issue is here. You could just try again if you want.” Her attitude was Dismissive, indifferent, rude, and overall unprofessional. I don’t know what her problem was, but I definitely didn’t think that my basic questions I need for help warranted the kind of response and attitude I received from her.

  I went to this location today to buy a shipping bag and I needed some clear tape to seal it securely. I asked an employee that was a black girl with long braids who body was built up like a 1968 Buick for some clear tape. When I said (excuse me mam) she immediately rolled her eyes and said (yeh!). When I asked to use the clear tape that was sitting on the counter she told me, I had to use the tape on the floor. I told her that I needed the tape to secure a package and she said (well I can't let you use it and I will just have to tape it for you) with a nasty attitude. I told her that it's has never been an issue in the past using the clear tape and I always just give it back to them at the counter. She said (well I can't let you use so just bring your package up here and I will tape it for you). She was rude, had horrible customer service, had a nasty attitude, and is MISERABLE. I'm trying to understand how did she even get a job working at this location? Usually, there are nice employees that work at this location who have great customer service. I can't believe that she was acting like this over some damn packaging tape. ugh! PATHETIC!

  Yan, Sloan and team were so incredibly helpful. I placed several, last-minute, custom orders for my sister's wedding and they delivered! They were helpful, kind and communicative, and understanding of my ask for a rush print. They were happy to accommodate, even though I know they were busy. Amazing service!

  Terrible customer service at this location. All employees, every time I go in are very unprofessional, not willing to help, bad attitude. No one greasy or even looked up when you come in the door they act as if you’re bothering them when you start to speak to them about what you need

  You better hope that you never need to contact them via the telephone, as it just rings and rings. . . .
