    Horrible customer service from XAVIER. He was very stand-off and wasn’t pleasant to work with. The other lady with the dreads at the cashier register wasn’t any better as well. Please do better being more welcoming and kind to customers . There are other jobs out there if you do not like the job you’re at. DO BETTER

    If I could give less stars I would. I feel bad for very employee and customer of these locations. FedEx/Kinkos refuses to upgrade their deprecated systems to cloud so their customers can easily manage document needs at any location. They will force you to email each file you want to get a SIMPLE PRINT for (you will wait in line one time for this part to ask them about it). Then after they tell you the Neanderthal process they force you through, and you finally figure out how many files per email you can send (by having it fail over and over until you find the amount you CAN send in one email, bc they don’t know…), THEN you can go back and read sit in the whole line over again just to get to the front and watch the attendant spend 10-15 minutes to print 25 pieces of paper….black and white….standard print…nothing special. I am baffled at how crippled FEDEX/KINKOS has left their staff and their clients. It’s the brick and mortar store of an elderly person that doesn’t know anything about tech at all….and will make things long and difficult just to do it the way they know how. That’s what you get when you want a simple print at FedEx/Kinkos. Oh and they didn’t even get my order right. They double printed several parts and didn’t print at all some of what I needed and gave them. So, unfortunately for me, my time, and my money (bc I will not be requesting a refund. I’ll probably die in line waiting for it), I will be returning tomorrow to request the missing pages. I was there for 45m-1hr, and half that time is how long it took an employee to tend to it, for whatever that’s worth to Corporate.

    Worst delivery company everrr!!!! I'm always waiting for my packages to arrive the day they say it's being delivered and it never gets delivered that day. I've had the same driver with my packages the past 3 times and it always gets delayed his name is Njee they really need to hire people who actually have responsibility making sure people get there packages on time and in good condition.

    I visited this FedEx location today to send an overnight package for work, and the experience was frustrating. I clearly stated that I was shipping documents, but the employee assisting me placed only a single envelope into the shipping package, sealed it, and completed the transaction before I could even hand him the documents and without confirming the contents. He then walked away and went out to his car before ensuring everything was correct. Extremely careless. I had to stop another employee to reopen the package and fix the mistake, which also raised concerns about the accuracy of the shipment weight and cost. While the second employee was helpful, the initial handling of my shipment showed a lack of attention and basic customer service. I understand mistakes happen, but this could have easily been avoided with a simple confirmation. I hope this location improves training and attention to detail so other customers don’t have a similar experience.
