  Bad customer service. Hired rude and very layback attendant. Couldn’t care less. Enjoyed chatting on phone and bobbing around. They just make you wait and they need to finish chatting about their personal stuff. I waited 5 mins and fuming my way out. Promise myself that I will never return and I will kindly advise the general public to take your courier or packaging needs elsewhere if you value your sanity.

  Horrible location and horrible service spent 20 minutes in the location, They still weren’t able to help .This location, has zero sense of urgency so if you have plans for the day, this would not be the location for you.

  Highly recommend this Fedex Location for outstanding customer service. Ask for Asia! I had a fantastic experience at this FedEx Location. I came here needing several copies of a large important legal document with an Apostille attached copied. Asia was an absolute life-saver. She was incredibly professional, patient, polite and helpful from start to finish even while efficiently assisting other walk-in customers at the same time. She made sure that every single page was copied perfectly, no missing pages and that the Apostille was kept in tack which was of utmost importance. She even used a heavy duty stapler to bind the whole packet together. When you are dealing with Court paperwork these details matter. Asia treated my documemts like they were her own and took pride in getting it right. She truly saved the day for me during a very stressful situation. I am so grateful for her professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this Fedex location for it's outstanding customer service. If you need important documents copied go here and ask for Asia you will not be disappointed. Asia is definitely an asset to your organization.

  Horrible customer service from CYNTHIA ("manager)! First , I walk in towards the desk and it took her a few minutes to even acknowledge i was there and when she did, no gretting just " are you waiting on somebody " plus another customer walked up and what she was doing was so important she had to mention "Im trying to finish up something,someone will be with you". Sad!!!!!!! Her presence was not welcoming, she is not customer service oriented AT ALL!! On a brighter note thanks Andrew as he was the pleasant one there.
