I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely had to for this one. Kayla at the FedEx location in the Omni Hotel went above and beyond to help me with some time-sensitive packages. She ensured everything was properly forwarded, resolving everything with incredible care, professionalism, and speed!
Kayla followed up promptly, reassured me, and personally made sure everything was located and sent out on time. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to help is a rare find these days.
Kayla is an outstanding example of what customer service should be, professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. I'm truly grateful for her support. She made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Thank you, Kayla!

I have a horrible experience at this office - unresponsive, unhelpful, charged me a releasing cost of $25 - that I had already paid for- this office needs new management and service. Next day they I spent an hour trying to get a package they could not find - use another office

Do you mean FedExtortion - their new name ! I was just at the Omni ATL.
I had a PPT printed - no one told me the cost - 28 pages each / 10 copies $650 - they blamed the Omni. I complained and the Omni said they have no participation with the retail FedEx . Liars on top of cheats !stay away the Omni rep was great when approached - no issues with the hotel.
Came here with an emergency printing need. I worked with Maurice to get this handled and he was beyond professional and did a great job. Customer service was the best i have ever received at a FedEx. Thank you again
