  I had a prepaid package and they needed me to pay a drop off fee - min $4 and higher. No thanks! I’ll go to a box down the street.

  Should have checked the reviews before using this place I guess. Had shipments sent here for a tradeshow where I had to pay $25 just for them give me the box across the counter and then I still had to lug the box to the conference hall myself. I had asked if they deliver to the booth itself (like at all the other shows, which FedEx also handled) and they said acted like they'd never heard of such a thing. Then an hour later I see the same person delivering to a fellow booth and then when I asked about it, said, oh you can but you have to pay extra. I went to the booth and asked how much they had to pay and they said nothing. They also close a good hour before the advertised time. Was not helpful at all in anything including 2/3rd of my shipment that was on the truck for delivery two days in a row but didn't deliver - probably because they close so early. Then when returning the one box tried to tell me that I can't ship from there because we had a Canadian account - even though the label was already on it and then charged me another $25 to give the box to them across the counter and the cherry on top, this is the condition in which the TV in the box (which had travelled to 6 other shows safely and had been packed the same way as before) arrived at the next show. Use UPS. Avoid this location at all costs.

  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a print center. All 3 employees stood and stared at me when I said my file was too big to send via email. I ultimately problem solved it myself after repeatedly asking for other instructions. I will be disputing the charges. A 50 word document should not take 45 min at a fedex to print.

  This review is specifically for Marquavious (I hope I spelled your name right!), who was awesome. A long line of folks needed to ship out after a conference (why isn't the fedex in GWCC open over the weekend?) and he helped us all very kindly and thoroughly. He stayed past their closing hours to help us all and was honestly so nice, friendly, and helpful! Thank you, Marquavious!!

  Stay away from the girl with the attitude. We get to this location on the registration day for the National Black MBA Association conference only to find that a sign is on the door stating that they are away for 30 minutes. Once the associate returned, we went in to ask if they could assist with a job but the young lady behind the counter acted as if we were bothering her - AFTER being away for 30 min. They couldn’t do the job - which is fine because we didn’t give them enough time to work on it. BUT, the associate could have had a much better attitude. We weren’t rude or unkind. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s also not our problem. D+ for customer service at this location.
