  Went To Go Buy 2 IPhone 16e Went To The ATM To Take Out More Money When We Thought We Had Enough Told Them We’d Be Right Back . This Was Around 5:45 When We Left We Came Back At Exactly 6:00 And They Were Closed ! The Sign On The Door Stated They Closed At 7 And So Did The Google Search . This Wasn’t My First Time Having Trouble At This Location The White Boy Josh That Works There Is Very Rude And Condescending And I Didn’t Appreciate That At All ! They’re Lucky To Receive The One Star I Gave Them .

  I gave them a 2 because why is it unclear that if your late for a bill they charge you 20$ why didn’t u make that clear to new customers because why are you charging me a late fee? It’s my phone I’ll pay when I can but to cancel someone for not paying on time is disrespectful and delusional and if you ask me, it’s a scam this will be my last month with them don’t choose them as you phone carrier
