  Outstanding Service from Tracy at Advance Auto Parts! I want to give a huge shout-out to TRACY at Advance Auto Parts for providing truly exceptional customer service when I needed help the most. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Tracy's communication was excellent. She took the time to listen to what I was working on, asked the right questions, and helped me find exactly the items I needed. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct parts and understood how they would work for my project. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Tracy made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.   The customer service was terrible. I went to pickup a new battery for my wife’s car. When I couldn’t name the year of my wife’s car instantly, the employee became visibly frustrated and rude. Nobody else in line behind me. Thankfully there are plenty of other options around me. Won’t be going back there.

  Both of these employees are the worse your store has they thought it was funny to talk crazy to me and laugh at me and talk crap about me in front of customers because I wanted to return an item. The manager Tracy had just told me I couldn’t return ot and to go return it at another store but yet returned a white man head light bulbs that he purchased the package was open as well at the same time I was in store making my purchase that I brought back in less than 2 hours. Now I’m having to go through a whole ordeal about getting my money back and nowhere on the receipts does it state no returns or a return policy.
