  Outstanding service from Warren! I had an excellent experience with Warren at the Advance Auto Parts on Campbellton Road, store #09623. I arrived as the store was opening, and he was already in great spirits and ready to help. He went above and beyond, had a great conversation with me, and made sure I had the correct tool for my project. Warren provides the kind of customer service every business needs. He deserves recognition and a raise! Because of him, this is the only Advance Auto Parts location I want to shop at. Thank you, Warren!

  Was there disputing a charge that was on my card that was mistakenly done by the register freezing up and charge me an extra amount after I've already left the store. Nobody could figure out how it was done. Nia spent a couple hours that same day going through the transactions until she found it. She assured me that if I came back the next day she'd be done got to the bottom of things. The next day she focused on my missing money for a couple more hours. She took her time. Made several calls until she was able to get a resolution that we both agreed on. I highly recommend her. She wasn't nasty nor did she have an attitude. She seemed to be the employee at those times to be the one who should be the Store manager. Thank you Nia!

  TJ and Cato helped me a whole lot. They sells my dispute really quickly. It was great teamwork and they both deserve a raise I really thank you guys for your help.
