  I was in town from another state. My check engine light in my vehicle came on. James helped me. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, and very helpful. He taught me how to look up error codes and instructed me on how to look up the error codes on Google. He was a great help!

  I had a great experience with Shanteria at Advance Auto Parts. She helped me tremendously with a brake rotor return and was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Her attitude was amazing, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Employees like Shanteria make a huge difference in customer service.
