  Done a large order of 300 wings, 40 strips, and several large fries for a party. I called ahead a little more than a week in advance to let them know what to expect and that manager was quite pleasant and helpful. I placed the order, again well in advance and called the day before the order to confirm with a manager the order was received. That manager told me they couldnt look ahead and see anything, I'd have to call the next day. I do and they tell me there is no problem. At pick up, they proclaimed there is no order and then after some time they say, "It was just ordered and would be 45 mins." They were insanely rude. My only positive encounter was when I made the first phone call to let them know about the upcoming order. Otherwise, it would be 1 star.

  Ordered delivery the other night. Food arrived cold—everything: wings, fries, cheese, all of it. Tried to eat it anyway. Couldn’t. A few hours later me and my friends all got super sick and nauseous. I’m convinced they threw whatever was left out from the day into our delivery box, because the reaction was instant. First trying ever trying Wingstop and will not be back.

  Went there today and the woman working the counter, Jennifer, was the kindest and most patient person I’ve met in fast food! She was sweet to everyone and recommended a new favorite. Treasure her and give her a raise! She was awesome!
