  Husband died and I had to get documents notarized. Christian, Notary, was so nice and helpful and Adam, another employee, was, too. They made a hard situation easier for me. This UPS (#4815) has the best employees! I frequently have to send packages and it’s speedy and easy here. Thank you for hiring great people!

  I never complain, especially about a business- I’m a teacher on the Eastside of Athens and it is hard to get by a store at all… I showed up at this location at 4:03 on Saturday, February 7, 2026 with my return scan code in hand on my phone, package in hand, and an older female customer still in the store fumbling around and could have printed my ticket and dropped it in the box within 20 seconds, but the girls working there wouldn’t even open the door and just rolled their eyes telling me, we are closed. The older woman didn’t leave until 4:12. Giving grace to someone costs nothing. Do better.

  Shout to Christian: Thank you so much for the time and care you took packing up the final print edition of the AJC newspaper being sent to my parents out of state. 📰🚚I've shipped packages UPS before but I've never used your packing services before, very impressive and I would recommend!
