  I went to return an Amazon order and had a terrible experience today at Barnett Shoals, on 7/10/2026 at around 1pm. Upon arrival I was not greeted at all. Then clerk snatched the package out of my hand and slammed it on the scale after I told her I had a return. I felt like my business wasn't needed or wanted.

  Exceptional service beyond the basics, with several complex steps. The staff gave clear explanations and offered options. I was able to complete my task all at once. It was accessible, which is crucial for me.

  i come here because it is close to me. now since they have new scanner to drop off the item, it been way easier to deal with this store. it is a hit or miss here for customer service. most of the girls looks like they are not happy there and really don't feel like they want to work but they work because they know they have to kind of attitude. the guys here are very nice and sweet. the guys help me out when I ship out a package to my family member in WI.
