  Beware of their "printing services" I needed ONE black & white copy and it cost $3.00! The only way to do printing is to use their computer, and they charge $3.00 for that. There is no copy machine in the lobby that customers can use. Go somewhere else if you need prints

  CLERICAL FEE: Notary service at Oak Grove UPS is 3x more expensive than Epps Bridge UPS or another Norcross GA UPS. I have used UPS often for notary services. Epps Bridge Parkway UPS in the same zip code as well as a Norcross UPS, both charged $4 for the first page and $2 for subsequent pages. Each time I always had documents printed and ready to be notarized. No printing, no resizing, no copying, no paper clipping involved. Notary fields already highlighted. Takes 5 seconds to notarize. UPS at 5375 Jefferson Road Athens, ie. Oak Grove Road UPS, is the only store that wants $4 for "CLERICAL FEE". WHAT CLERICAL FEE. I expected to pay $4x1 +$2x5 = $14 for the whole notary event, just like all other UPSs that I've been to. But this UPS charged me $36 instead. In my opinion? Either Robert and his boss wanted these junk fees to be added. Listen to me and drive to Epps Bridge UPS and save yourself $24!

  Drove out for notary and was told they would be back in 30min. Went to eat next door and when I came back they said it would be another hour. If you offer notary services, keep someone in the shop to provide them.
