I'm just going to assume at this point that you all do not want us as customers anymore. Yesterday, a note was left on our mailbox that our order could not be delivered because no one was home. Myself and one other household member was up and around by at least 8 AM, and besides that, we have NEVER had to sign for Chewy orders and they've been thrown all over our driveway when no one was home plenty of times before.
A few deliveries before that, more notes were left that packages were unable to be delivered because apparently our dog was out— when in fact, ever since we figured out every single one of your delivery drivers are terrified of our dog, we began putting him away within the estimated delivery window AND watch carefully for FedEx vehicles just in case the delivery is made earlier or later than the estimated time.
Today, we have not only had our pet inside all day, but myself and my elderly grandmother have been out piddling in the yard since we got up this morning so whatever driver is making the rounds can visibly SEE THAT WE ARE HOME to avoid further confusion.
We aren't going to order from any service or individual that utilizes FedEx anymore, and we know that will be a huge relief for your petty drivers who refuse to deliver our crap despite our constant accommodations.
Edit: at around 6:50 today (5/29/26) we saw the delivery truck pull up at the end of the driveway, so I put the dog up while my grandmother went out to wave him down, and he still drove off without delivering anything and left another petulant "delivery attempted" note.

Wouldn't let me drop off my modem equipment, they were cussing the whole time behind the counter saying that I would have to go to the one down the road. That's fine..

Horrible Company!! They came to my property ran off the driveway trying to back down it, WHY?!, The driveway is level and there’s a turnaround, but the ,driver decides to back down?! Well he couldn’t drive and SLID OFF THE DRIVEWAY into a drainage ditch, crushed my drainage pipe and broke up the concrete above it with the weight of his truck. I notified FedEx that they damaged my driveway they referred me to their law firm, Gallagher Bassett (Wesley & Alexus Johnson), who tells me despite me being in my vehicle waiting to enter my driveway witnessing the driver doing it, , my husband and a neighbor witnessing the driver and the driver apologizing, that that’s not enough proof!! So I’m stuck with the repair or take them to Small Claims Court! It’s just best not to deal with FedEx if a company uses them voice how dissatisfied we are and refuse to do business with that company if they don’t use another shipper!!! A couple people on my street has had FedEx damaged their property, so there are many of us out there. We need a class action law suit.

Zero star I want to give!
I personally handed my package to the staff, and it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, but there was no update at all. After 8 days, when I was about to file a claim, it finally showed progress—still stuck with them and not moving forward. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I hope they can hire more reliable staff. PLEASE!
