DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR PACKAGES. I don't know what else to do so I'm posting here. I have an expensive package waiting for me here that they are not letting me pick up because my name is not on the address. I can provide the purchase invoice, payment records, order confirmation, tracking information, identification, and even documentation showing that I initiated the FedEx Hold-at-Location request. The manager, Travis, who's an older gentleman, refuses to see any of it and he refuses to help me. I had to get FedEx customer support involved, and two shipping representatives (one of which was a supervisor) got in touch with Travis to request an authorized pick up for me. He denied this. I even had the resident of the shipping address call in to authorize me and he denied this as well. This is insane. I'm not sure I will get a refund if I can't pick my package up before the return-to-sender deadline. It's clear that the package is my property and yet Travis will not release it to me. Genuinely what do I do in this situation? I’ve never had such a negative experience at any establishment in my life. I wouldn’t trust these guys with a postcard.
