  Excellent customer service!! We made a mistake on a print and the gentleman helping us was able to reprint and recut quickly for us so we didn’t have to come back. Even though it was our issue he went above and beyond to help us.

  If I could’ve given them, no stars I would have. I have never in my life seen a company this big run so poorly. I hurt myself at work and broke both feet. Got a defective scooter the first time from my medical device provider. They sent me a second scooter that was fine. When I tried to return the first scooter, I ran into problem after problem after problem after problem with FedEx, especially at this location. Don’t even honor their own website when it comes to billing. Do not go with these people… You have been warned! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen…..EVER!!!

  Service manager very knowledgeable and explained to me how to the returns and thank me for coming in. Yes, I would go back. Plenty of parking

  Did not help and charged me money for them showing up at my door when I specifically told them I was unable to get my labels printed. I was charged over $30 for this.
